“High Five Like a Champion!”
The Notre Dame Club of Scranton,PA is thrilled to have Men’s Head Basketball Coach Mike Brey coming to Scranton for the Coaches vs Cancer gala on May 11th (details). In honor of his appearance, the club has set out to attempt to break the world record for most high fives in one minute to raise funds for Coaches vs Cancer. Club member Robert Foley is a recent brain cancer survivor and will make the attempt. The attempt will be made on the West sidewalk of the 300 block of North Washington Ave at approx 1pm during Parade Day in Scranton, PA (March 9th,2013) which is a great celebration of Irish heritage. We’ll be getting everyone lined up around Noon in front of the Professional Arts Building (327 N. Washington – Near Papa’s Pizza).
